As the leading provider of heart care in southern San Diego County, Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center offers an outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, a medically supervised program of exercise therapy, education and health assessment for patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions. Staff-monitored exercise sessions using top-of-the-line fitness equipment are held Monday through Friday during scheduled hours in the hospital's Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Center.
