The Continuing Care component of treatment is crucial to recovery and begins immediately after the rehabilitation program. The goal of the program is to help patients problem-solve issues and make the necessary transitions at home, work and in the community. Ongoing Support
Continuing Care consists of weekly group sessions for individuals and monthly group sessions for family. Therapy sessions address ongoing issues that emerge during recovery process including relapse prevention.
