HMR at Home® Diet Kits offered by Sharp Weight Management and Health Education give you the flexibility to lose weight at your own pace and from the comfort of your own home. 

  • The Healthy Shakes Kit includes self-help materials and a two-week supply of HMR shakes
  • The Healthy Solutions Kit includes self-help materials and a 3-week supply of HMR shakes and 44 entrees

These kits may be ordered online or over the phone and are delivered directly to your door. You may also place orders for these kits at any of our locations in East County, Kearny Mesa or Rancho Bernardo.
