Sharp HealthCare's commitment to excellence continues with moving organizational performance to a higher level through a systematic review of high, middle and low performers. This process allows us to re-recruit and thank our high performers, letting them know why they are important and asking if there is anything we can do for them.
We work to move the middle performers to high performers by first thanking them for what they do and then providing opportunities for growth and development. Finally, we work with low performers to help them understand where their performance is, where their performance needs to be, and what the consequences are of continuing the same performance.
