Art journaling combines writing, drawing, painting, collage and mindful movement as a way to express grief. These experiential workshops will focus on coping tools, supportive group discussion and art journaling activities to strengthen your healing process. No experience is necessary.
Please note that this workshop is for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one within the past year.
A screening is required prior to participation. Please register as soon as possible, as space is limited. A representative from Sharp HospiceCare will contact you before the start date to find out if this workshop is right for you, go over required paperwork and provide an exact meeting location.

Bereavement groups and events are offered at no cost. Donations are graciously accepted.
