Does your core need some well-deserved attention after pregnancy and childbirth? Attend our Baby and Me Pilates class and learn how to retrain and strengthen your abdominal muscles to avoid common postpartum problems such as persistent back pain, separation and incontinence.
A physical therapist will lead new moms through safe and effective Pilates-based mat exercises and provide tips on how to perform daily activities with reduced strain on your body. She is also available to address other concerns regarding your postpartum physical recovery.
Moms should be at least six to eight weeks postpartum. Babies who are not yet crawling are also welcome and will be included in the Pilates practice. The first class is free.

You are purchasing a pass to attend Pilates eight times. The pass does not expire and can be used at any session. Your instructor will keep track of your attendance. Any refund requests must be made within the first 90 days from your initial purchase.
You may also use your pass for Baby and Me Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Advance registration is not required to use your pass at the above classes, but please make sure you check the special requirements for each class prior to attending.
If you registered using the City of San Diego employee discount, please remember to bring your employee identification badge with you to the first class.
