Baby and Me Yoga is a gentle and restorative class that can help reduce stress, improve sleeping patterns and help with baby bonding. Our class is held in a temperature-controlled room and babies are included in the yoga practice. Moms should be at least four to six weeks postpartum. Other caregivers are welcome, as well as babies up to 9 months old.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. The first class is free for women at least four to six weeks postpartum.
Please note, there will be no class on major holidays.
Parking is available in the lot directly behind the building in designated Sharp parking spots. A parking permit is required. Please see the class instructor to receive your parking pass prior to the start of class.
You are purchasing a pass to attend yoga eight times. The pass does not expire and can be used at any session. Your instructor will keep track of your attendance. Any refund requests must be made within the first 90 days from your initial purchase.
You may also use your pass for Baby and Me Pilates: Restore Your Core, Fit4Baby: Pregnancy Exercise Program, Prenatal Yoga and Prenatal Yoga for Mom and Partner. Please make sure you check the special requirements for each class prior to attending.
If you registered using the City of San Diego employee discount, please remember to bring your employee identification badge with you to the first class.
Classes are taught by certified yoga instructors.
Sharp Home Care is a secure facility. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure that an attendant can be there to allow you to access the building and to obtain a parking permit from the instructor.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and towel or yoga mat.
