This clinic has been designed to offer baseball players, coaches and parents with information on proper throwing mechanics in order to avoid injuries and improve overall athletic performance.
A physical therapist will discuss the mechanics of the throwing motion and how to stay strong, flexible and healthy. Discussion will also include current research regarding pitch counts, pitch types and throwing exercises.

Stewart Sanders is a doctor of physical therapy and a certified athletic trainer who is passionate about sports. He has worked with youth and professional athletes both on the baseball field and in a clinic setting. His interests are in biomechanics and injury prevention.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to sign in. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
