A congestive heart failure specialist moderates this free virtual education class, which is open to anyone who has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure (CHF). There will be different guest speakers and discussion topics each month to help you learn how to live well with CHF.
After class, attendees will have opportunity for further CHF education and to have their questions answered in a supportive environment.

The group is facilitated by a certified heart failure registered nurse and a cardiac rehabilitation lead registered nurse from Sharp Grossmont Hospital.
The class will be offered on the second Wednesday of every month through November.
You can attend this class via phone, computer or mobile device. You will be sent login instructions after you register in a separate email from your registration confirmation and again in with your reminder email three days before your webinar. Please check your email junk/spam folder for the login information email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
