Coping With Grief Through Music Workshop

Learn how you can use music to cope with the grief of losing a loved one at this free event.

Presented by Sharp HospiceCare plus

This half-day in-person workshop is for adults who are experiencing loss and seeking gentle, supportive ways to navigate the uncertain waters of grief. A Sharp music therapist will teach you different techniques to use music to be present, to memorialize your loved one and to express your feelings in a non-judgmental setting.

A screening is required prior to participation in this group. Please register as soon as possible or no later than March 1, as space is limited. A representative from Sharp HospiceCare will contact you 1-2 weeks before the start date to find out if this group is right for you, go over required paperwork and provide an exact meeting location.
