EMR Cerner Training: NHT for Non-ED RNs
Seven-hour Cerner training for non-emergency department RNs.

This in-person class is designed for Sharp HealthCare registered nurses for New Hire Training (NHT) in Cerner EMR PowerChart.
This class is scenario driven, workflow based and one part of the complete training process. Before attending, new hire registered nurses (excluding dialysis nurses) must successfully complete assigned online EMR-NHT tutorials for your specialty in Workday.

Parking Information
Student parking is available in the Parking Structure off of Tech Way (south side of the building). Please use gate 4, which is open, park in the parking structure or small lot outside of structure and come to the door at south entrance of building (nearest to Tech Way). If you have an employee badge, try badging in. If it works, come in door and turn left to find Room 176. If no badge, or badge not working, ring bell for service and tell security that you are there for a class in Room 176 and they will let you in.

Please contact the EMR Training Department directly with questions or to schedule additional class times if needed.
Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified prior to the class and you will have the opportunity to attend another date.

This course has been provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider No. 70) for 7.0 contact hours.
