During this Fall Prevention class you'll learn about risk factors and health concerns that may affect your balance.

Join our experts as we bring a focus on fall prevention during National Fall Prevention Week.
This event will highlight Jennifer Hites, Injury Prevention Specialist, and the Sharp Grossmont Hospital Rehabilitation department. There will be multiple screenings, including balance screenings, for anyone interested in learning more. We will also have a raffle with a variety of prizes for those who participate in our passport program and visit each of the tables!
