The pandemic has made feeling connected and supported more challenging during the grief process. As the world opens back up, this series of three outdoor workshops is an opportunity to connect with others, receive support and learn coping tools.
The workshops will focus on utilizing elements of nature, relaxation and mindfulness exercises to find calmness, stability and clarity during your grief and healing process.
