Take a heart smart approach to improving your health. Join this class conducted exclusively online to learn practical tips for nutritious, low-fat cooking, shopping and dining out. A Sharp Rees-Stealy health educator will also show you how a healthy diet can lower your blood pressure and cholesterol.
- Who? Open to everyone, but enrollment is limited to the first 20 participants.
- Where? No travel required. Attend the online class from your home computer.
- When? One 75-minute session held from 5:30 to 6:45 pm.
- Computer requirements: Any computer with an Internet connection. An email will be sent to you three business days prior to the class with instructions on how to log in.
