You’re invited to an inspiring and educational morning devoted to some of the most common heart health issues affecting our community, including atrial fibrillation and heart failure. Learn about strategies for prevention and the latest treatment options. You’ll also enjoy free health screenings, a light breakfast and heart-healthy, gourmet lunch and the opportunity to ask doctors your questions.
This event is free for you and a guest, but space is limited.

From East Palomar Street, turn onto Santa Andrea Street. At the end of the cul-de-sac, turn left. At the end of the driveway, turn left and park in any of the available spaces. Enter St. Paul's Plaza's lobby at the stone arch.
Additional parking is also available across the street at Sharp Rees-Stealy Otay Ranch.
The free health screenings will measure blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol. We recommend you have your screenings done prior to eating breakfast for the most accurate results.
