The Cushman Wellness Center offers a free monthly integrative medicine seminar for Sharp employees and members of the community. While topics may vary, all of these hourlong presentations center around the integration of conventional Western medicine and integrative nonmedical therapies or treatments.
Water and light snacks will be provided. Registration is not required to attend.

Parking is available in the structure on Health Center Drive. Please bring your parking ticket to the class to have it validated for a discounted rate of $3 per vehicle.

Friday, Feb. 9 - Preventing and Managing Your Body’s Inflammation for Health and Wellness
Lydia Wisz believes food is medicine. Her ACE certifications in health coaching and group fitness instruction, along with her career diploma in nutrition and health care experience give her the background to positively reinforce healthful behavior change.
