All in-person prenatal classes, hospital tours and outpatient support groups at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns, and Sharp Grossmont Hospital are canceled until further notice. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak with health officials at all levels to determine when in-person events can resume.
In the meantime, we are offering this class via a live webinar. Please register for an upcoming date below.
This hands-on practice class will give pregnant women and their partners techniques to increase their confidence as their baby's birth approaches. Couples can gain skills that offer greater comfort and an increased sense of control during the birth experience. We strongly recommend taking a childbirth preparation class prior to attending.
