This online class will give pregnant women and their partners techniques to increase their confidence as their baby's birth approaches. Couples can gain skills that offer greater comfort and an increased sense of control during the birth experience. We strongly recommend taking a childbirth preparation class prior to attending.

- This class requires only one registration per couple.

- Student Observation: If you are not an expectant parent and need to observe a class, approval must be obtained prior to attendance. Please be advised that any paid registration for observation purposes will not be refunded. This class is taught by a certified perinatal educator.
Arrival
For online classes, you can attend via computer or mobile device (smartphone or tablet). You will be sent login instructions in a separate email from your registration confirmation.

What to Bring
Please gather these items to use during class: three pillows, a blanket and a yoga mat. If you own a birth ball, please have that on hand as well.
Course Recommendations
We recommend you take this class three to four weeks prior to your due date.
