This Yellow Belt certification workshop provides participants with the opportunity to apply Lean Six Sigma and change management tools in an interactive classroom setting.
At the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:
- Use A3 Problem Solving framework for process improvement work
- Discuss the importance of the voice of the customer
- Use basic facilitation tools to lead productive meetings
- Select appropriate tools to help improve processes
Completion of the six-and-a-half hour workshop is a requirement for achievement of Yellow Belt certification.
Please note, all participants must complete all Six Sigma online modules prior to participating in the class and bring their completed certification worksheet. Six Sigma Online modules are located on Sharp's Learning Center.

Free parking is available in front of the hospital. Valet parking is available at the main hospital entrance on Prospect Place, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Free validation is provided to patients and visitors arriving at the hospital for emergency services, surgery, lab tests, rehabilitation therapy and other hospital needs.
You are required to complete the White and Yellow Belt online modules via Sharp Learning Center prior to participating in this workshop. You will be asked to provide a completed and signed Yellow Belt Progress and Certification form prior to the class.
