This free conference is designed to provide seniors and caregivers with valuable information on how to care for themselves and their loved ones.
Our group of experts will share their knowledge on a variety of topics, including the aging well process, fall prevention, cognitive health, caregiving, advance care planning and more.
The day also includes free health screenings, opportunity drawings and a community resource fair. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
