This free online educational series is open to current cancer patients and survivors as well as their caregivers. Each month a different topic on how to live with and survive cancer will be discussed. Previous topics include the benefits of yoga, creating a wellness plan, life beyond cancer, stress management and wills and advance directives.
A licensed clinical social worker facilitates this group with help from a variety of guest speakers such as dietitians, physicians and pharmacists. A question-and-answer period is also included.

Presenter Information
Linda Hutkin-Slade, MSW, LCSW, OSW-C, is a licensed clinical oncology social worker at Sharp Grossmont Hospital's Center for Cancer Treatment. She has an extensive background in programming for cancer patients and their loved ones.
