Learn what may put you at risk for developing heart disease at this free virtual seminar during American Heart Month. A Sharp Grossmont Hospital Cardiac Rehab exercise physiologist will go over the steps you can take to maintain a healthy heart, including the crucial role of nutrition and exercise, and precautions you should be aware of.
