Employees can learn how to manage patients who display difficult and/or assaultive behavior.

This two-hour online class is offered by the Psychiatric Liaison Department and is open to all Sharp Grossmont employees who have or may work with patients with difficult or assaultive behaviors.
Participants will look at common medical, mental health and environmental triggers for difficult behaviors and learn strategies for managing them while on the job.
