Jean Frazier, RN, is offering this free series as part of her Unified Mindfulness Level 2 coach training. She is being supervised by Robert McClure, a Unified Mindfulness L2 coach, trained mindfulness facilitator and senior educator.
Since this course is interactive, please plan to participate via a smartphone, tablet or computer with speakers and a large enough screen so that you can see and hear the presentation. A camera and microphone is also preferred to fully engage in the class.
