Mindfulness Webinar Series: Tap Into Your Resiliency
Add another tool to your tool kit by committing to this free online mindfulness meditation class. The instructor will introduce you to the Unified Mindfulness system, which provides strategies and techniques to practice mindfulness during your everyday activities both at work and at home.
You can either sign up for the entire 8-week series or enroll for each session individually as your schedule allows.

Learn the UM Auto Walk technique and how to develop spontaneity.
Sept. 28: Feeling Good and the Magic of Music
Learn the UM Feel Good technique to improve relationships, well-being and enjoy music.
Oct. 5: Applying Mindfulness to Inner Opportunities and Obstacles
Practice UM strategies to work with pleasant and unpleasant experiences and to accelerate growth through practice.
Oct. 12: Wrap-Up — Your Unified Mindfulness Road Map
