Parkinson's Virtual Group Exercise Class
This four-week online group exercise class is designed for adults with Parkinson's or a Parkinson's-type diagnosis.

Find out how exercise can help make living with Parkinson’s disease more manageable at this four-week virtual group class. The course includes cardio, balance and coordination exercises, as well as PWR!Moves, which are designed specifically by Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!).
A speech therapist will also provide strategies and techniques for improving voice quality that are specifically designed for this patient population.
All participants must have a diagnosis of Parkinson's or Parkinson's-like syndrome/condition, be able to walk and stand independently, and be able to get up off the floor without assistance.

Presenter Information
- Kendall Ederer, PT, DPT, NCS, is a physical therapist with Sharp Rees-Stealy and a PWR! certified therapist.
- Alexandra Haynes, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with Sharp Rees-Stealy.
Arrival
Since this course is interactive, please plan to participate via a smartphone, tablet or computer that has a camera, speakers, microphone and large enough screen so that you can see and hear the instructors.

Please plan to log in 10 minutes early to ensure that you don't encounter any technical difficulties.
What to Bring
Please dress in comfortable exercise clothes and athletic shoes.
