A registered dietitian nutritionist will discuss how different types of food can affect the way your body functions and how making a change in your diet can have a positive effect on both your physical and mental health.
At this hourlong class you will learn about the benefits of:
- Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables
- Good vs. bad fats
- Having a balanced diet
- Integrating fiber into your diet
