It may seem like grief and gratitude are two opposing forces, but from a healing perspective they partner together to increase insight, hope and strength.
This is an experiential workshop and participants will be asked to come prepared with a favorite book and movie title. These will be used as creative prompts in a somatic writing exercise to help identify meaningful life lessons. Think of the experience like a “narrative potluck” where we share a variety of lessons learned from beloved books and movies.
A screening is required to participate. Please register as soon as possible or no later than Oct. 22, as space is limited. A representative from Sharp HospiceCare will contact you 1-2 weeks before the start date to find out if this workshop is right for you and go over required paperwork.
If you need to cancel your registration for this event,
please call 1-800-827-4277 Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, or log in to your account to cancel online.
Colleen Linnertz, MFT, SEP, is a bereavement counselor for Sharp HospiceCare.
