The Pilates method is a core strengthening program that aims to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. Pilates strengthens the back; creates long, lean muscles; and improves flexibility. This full body workout can be adapted to many fitness levels and needs.

Visitors may park on the street in front of the Knollwood Building on Birmingham Way or also on Birmingham Drive.
The Knollwood Building is a secure facility. Please plan to arrive early to ensure that an attendant can be there to allow you to access the building.
Print out your class purchase confirmation and present it as your receipt at the door. There is a maximum of 10 participants per class.
Sara Rohman, DPT, is a Stott-trained Pilates instructor and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. She is an orthopedic physical therapist at the Center for Sports Medicine at Sharp HealthCare.
Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat, water and a towel. Attendees should wear comfortable athletic clothing and socks (bare feet are also fine).
