Free parking is available in the lot directly behind the building and on Dagget Street. Check signs for time limitations.
You are purchasing a pass to attend yoga eight times. The pass does not expire and can be used at any Tuesday or Thursday class. Your instructor will keep track of your attendance. Any refund requests must be made within the first 90 days from your initial purchase.
You may also use your pass for Baby and Me Pilates: Restore Your Core, Baby and Me Yoga, Fit4Baby: Pregnancy Exercise Program and Prenatal Yoga for Mom and Partner. Please make sure you check the special requirements for each class prior to attending.
This class is taught by a certified prenatal yoga instructor.
Sharp Home Care is a secure facility. Please plan to arrive early to ensure that an attendant can be there to allow you to access the building.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and yoga mat or towel. You must bring a signed doctor's note giving permission to exercise to your first class.
