Prepare your body and mind for an easier labor and recovery period through stretching and strengthening exercises. This gentle and restorative class provides a mix of traditional hatha yoga poses modified for pregnancy in a temperature-controlled room. Regular yoga practice can help reduce swelling, back and leg pain and insomnia.
No previous yoga experience is necessary and you may attend at any time or location. The first class is free for women at least 12 weeks pregnant and with a doctor's note.

You are purchasing a pass to attend yoga eight times. The pass does not expire and can be used at any class. Your instructor will keep track of your attendance. Any refund requests must be made within the first 90 days from your initial purchase.
You may use your pass at any class/location and also for Baby and Me Pilates: Restore Your Core and Baby and Me Yoga. Please make sure you check the special requirements for each class prior to attending.
If you registered using the City of San Diego employee discount, please remember to bring your employee identification badge with you to the first class.
This class is taught by a certified prenatal yoga instructor.
Classes will meet on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays in Kearny Mesa. There are additional classes at our Carlsbad location on Mondays, Thursdays mornings (until Jan. 30), Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Major holidays are excluded.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and yoga mat or towel. You must bring a signed doctor's note giving permission to exercise to your first class.
