Preterm birth is a possibility for every pregnant woman. This class teaches couples the warning signs of preterm labor and how to help prevent a premature birth.

Students Observing: If you are not an expectant parent and are in need of observing a class, approval must be obtained prior to attendance. Please be advised that any paid registration for observation purposes will not be refunded. To obtain approval, please call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277). Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
This class is taught by a certified perinatal educator.
For online classes, you can attend via phone, personal computer or mobile device. Please make sure to provide an email address. You will be sent login instructions in a separate email from your registration confirmation.

For in-person dates, the Knollwood Building is a secure facility. Please plan to arrive early to ensure that an attendant can be there to allow you to access the building.
We recommend this class be taken before the 37th week of pregnancy.
