This workshop will provide Sharp Mary Birch nurses with ways to enhance their practice through community engagement opportunities.
At the end of the evening, you will be able to:
- Define the role of the professional nurse in community engagement
- Identify engagement opportunities within the community
- Verbalize future nursing practice implications based on current community assessment and needs
- Expand current knowledge and reporting of qualifying volunteer hours
