This workshop will provide Sharp Mary Birch nurses with reliable tools to sustain an environment of mutual respect.
At the end of the evening, you will be able to:
- Define civility and incivility
- Differentiate between incivility and bullying
- Discuss the cost of incivility in the workplace
- Identify sources of incivility in health care
- Learn strategies to manage incivility or bullying in the workplace
- Apply strategies to cases/vignettes

Please note that this workshop will be held at the Sharp Memorial Hospital auditorium and not at the Sharp Health Plan building due to a scheduling conflict.
The auditorium is accessible via the Sharp Memorial Hospital cafeteria Check in and networking will begin at 4:15 pm.
