RL Solutions Leader Training Class
This two-hour training class is for Sharp Metro leaders who use RL Solutions for event management.

This online course is open to Sharp Metropolitan Medical Campus leads, managers and directors who currently use RL Solutions for event management and are not a member of a bargaining unit.
At the end of this course, participants should be able to:
- Understand the role of RL Solutions in Sharp's journey to become a high reliability organization
- Apply efficient workflow strategies
- Correctly classify an event and specific event type
- Correctly choose an event severity level
- Run and interpret reports
Please note that you are required to have access to RL Solutions before registering for this class. If you do not have access, please have your manager submit a request to the Technical Assistance Center at 858-627-5000.
