Safe Patient Mobilization Competency Checkoff for Sharp Grossmont Employees
This in-person assessment will test your knowledge of the safe patient mobilization program and equipment.

These safe patient mobilization checkoff sessions are open to Sharp Grossmont Hospital clinical employees only. Employees will need to demonstrate competency of the safe patient mobilization program and equipment to the injury prevention program staff.
Before attending these in-person sessions, you must complete the online modules in the Sharp Learning Center and bring the completion certificate with you to class.
Please note that this class is not intended for Sharp Staffing Resource Network (SRN) employees. They should attend the Safe Patient Handling and Mobilization Training Class for SRN Employees instead.

Parking Information
Parking is free in the Brier Patch lot.
Arrival
Prior to the start of your session, please complete the required COVID-19 employee screening process at the Senior Resource Center, which is located at the Sharp Grossmont Brier Patch Campus in Building F, Room 16.
What to Bring
After you complete the online coursework, please bring a copy (physical or digital) of the completion certificate to your in-person checkoff session.
