This two-day online course is designed to introduce new and recommitting Sharp Rees-Stealy leaders to concepts of leadership within The Sharp Experience framework. It provides an introduction to and discussion of general leadership tools, including vision and mission statements, hiring for talent, employee retention and staff engagement.
