Sibling Class
A great class for children, ages 3-8, who are expecting the arrival of a new baby sibling.

All in-person prenatal classes, hospital tours and outpatient support groups are canceled until further notice. In the meantime, we are offering this class via a live webinar. Please register for an upcoming date below.
The arrival of a new baby can bring many changes to a family and this can pose challenges for older siblings. This online class will help prepare soon-to-be brothers and sisters for the arrival of the new baby. The children will have an opportunity to role-play being an older sibling, using a doll or stuffed animal.
This class is for children ages 3 1/2 to 8. At least one parent is required to attend.
During this fun class children will learn:
- What a new baby looks like
- How to safely hold their new brother or sister
- What to expect when their new brother or sister comes home
- How to communicate their feelings about the baby with family members
- About their new family routine

Special Instructions
The fee for this class is $15 per family. If enrolling more than one child, please call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277) to register. Only those children registered will be allowed to participate in the class.
If the minimum class size requirement is not met, you may be contacted regarding a cancellation or to reschedule.
Student Observation: If you need to observe a class, approval must be obtained prior to attendance. Please be advised that any paid registration for observation purposes will not be refunded. To obtain approval, please call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277) and you will be referred to the appropriate location.
Presenter Information
This class is taught by a certified perinatal educator.
Arrival
For online classes, you can attend via computer or mobile device (smartphone or tablet). You will be sent login instructions in a separate email from your registration confirmation. Please make sure to review the instructions in advance so that you are ready to log in at the start time of the class.

What to Bring
Please have a doll or stuffed animal the size of a baby, a diaper and a receiving blanket for practice.
