This four-session series, taught by certified fitness professionals, is perfect for the beginner or anyone who is interested in learning simple yet effective strength training exercises using proper technique and positioning.
Exercises will be performed using:
- Light hand weights
- Resistance bands
- Exercise balls
- Your own body weight (all equipment is provided)
At the end of this course you will come away with your own personalized plan that you can continue at home with little to no equipment.

You will need to have the ability to get on and off the floor safely to take this class.
