If you ever thought you couldn't do yoga or felt intimidated by the fast pace of some classes, register for this one-hour Therapeutic Yoga Class designed for students of all experience and fitness levels.
A Sharp Rees-Stealy physical therapist and registered yoga teacher will lead you through a series of stretches and poses along with breathing techniques that are designed to help you recover from injury and improve chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, headaches and depression.
Yoga can also help to reduce stress, improve concentration and build strength and stability to reduce your risk of future illness and injury.

The instructor will assist students at the class who are in need of pose modifications due to size, age or existing health conditions.
