If you're providing care for a friend or family member or are concerned about the well-being of a parent or disabled child or adult, attend this free conference sponsored by the Caregiver Coalition of San Diego.
The program includes information for working caregivers about juggling your life between work, caregiving and other responsibilities. There will also be a free community resource fair, lunch and respite care.

From East Palomar Street, turn onto Santa Andrea Street. At the end of the cul-de-sac, turn left. At the end of the driveway, turn left and park in any of the unmarked spaces. Enter St. Paul's Plaza's lobby at the stone arch.
Additional parking is also available across the street at Sharp Rees-Stealy Otay Ranch.
