This course is an introduction to why and how we measure the patient experience at Sharp HealthCare. The course will focus on the Press Ganey tools and resources for measuring and tracking patient satisfaction. It is designed specifically for hospital-based leads and above.
We will review the following:
- Importance of the patient experience
- Value-based purchasing and Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®)
- Survey process and methodology
- Accessing and interpreting patient satisfaction data
