This one-hour virtual yoga class is designed for students of all experience and fitness levels, including during pregnancy. The class will be conducted in the Yin Yoga style with stretching, slower movements and holding in asanas/poses to encourage deep relaxation.
A Sharp Rees-Stealy physical therapist and registered yoga teacher will lead you through the use of props, allowing your muscles to relax and your body to feel the benefits of a passive stretch rather than an active hold.
Yoga can help you recover from injury and improve chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, headaches and depression. It can also reduce stress, improve concentration and build strength and stability.
Classes are $10 each. You must register for a minimum of three classes (or multiples of three) in the same transaction. Please make sure to put all three class dates in your cart before checking out.

For $10 per class (3 class minimum):
A fee of $10
will be deducted from the amount paid if you cancel your registration less than 24 hours
before the event.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance or a fee of $10 per class will be deducted from your refund amount. There are no refunds if you do not attend.
Doctor's approval is not required to attend this class, but please exercise at your own discretion. Please contact your doctor prior to registering if you have any questions or concerns.

All classes will be conducted virtually utilizing Mend. The link for the Mend meeting will be emailed to you by the instructor on the morning of the class.

To participate in this class, you will need to have a computer, smartphone or tablet with the ability to both see and hear the instructor.
We recommend that you have a yoga mat, blanket, pillows or bolster to use during class.
