Attend this seminar presented by the Braille Institute to learn about leading senior-related eye conditions that can lead to vision loss.
This class examines the major structures of the human eye and the causes and symptoms of the most common age-related eye conditions, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and cataracts. Participants will have an opportunity to use simulator glasses, participate in hands-on demonstrations and learn about practical low vision solutions. The presenter will also go over the services offered by the Braille Institute.
