The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged all of us to live and see many things in new ways. While our front-line health care workers have heroically maintained the health of our community, our families and children have quietly been impacted in significant ways as well.
In recognition of the importance of the health and well-being of our families, the Sharp Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is re-launching this online support group. It is geared to bringing working parents together, as the community and schools move toward re-opening, and new challenges and opportunities emerge for health, healing and happiness.
Each meeting will focus on a different topic, providing you with a variety of parenting tips and information. There will also be an opportunity for open discussion and mutual support with other parents.
This support group is open to all Sharp employees who are in a parenting role. Regular attendance and participation are encouraged, but newcomers are welcome at any meeting, which will be conducted via the EAP's HIPPA-compliant Zoom platform.
