Achieve your peak health by enrolling for this 90-day nutrition and fitness program through the Sewall Healthy Living Center at Sharp Coronado Hospital. Under the guidance of medical director Dr. Gary Levinson, you will work directly with a registered dietitian and personal trainer to reach your specific health and wellness goals.
This comprehensive program includes:
- Cardiac and metabolic lab screenings
- Body composition tests with InBody
- Eighteen 50-minute personal training sessions, including two functional movement assessments
- Nutrition intake evaluation
- Eleven 30-minute nutrition sessions
- Review of results by a physician
- Six-month unlimited membership to the Sewall Healthy Living Fitness Center
This program is valued at more than $2,500, but is available now for a discounted rate of $1,600 per person.

A fee of $25
will be deducted from the amount paid if you cancel your registration less than 4 days
before the event.
Visitors may park in front of the hospital. Valet parking is available at the main hospital entrance on Prospect Place, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Free validation is provided to patients and visitors arriving at the hospital for emergency services, surgery, lab tests, rehabilitation therapy and other hospital needs.
This program must be completed in a 90-day time frame after your initial appointment. In addition, you will receive an extra three months of unlimited access to the Sewall Healthy Living Fitness Center after the program is over.
Your initial appointment includes metabolic rate testing and meetings with a registered dietitian and a personal trainer.
Check in at the welcome desk at the Sewall Healthy Living Center, located on the third floor of Sharp Coronado Hospital.
Please do not eat or drink anything for eight hours prior to this initial appointment. You may take your regular medications with a small amount of water. In addition, please do not do any rigorous exercise for four hours before your visit and abstain from nicotine and caffeine at least one hour in advance as these could affect your test results.
Nutrition and health history questionnaires will be emailed to you after registration. Please make sure to bring the completed forms with you to this initial appointment. If you do not complete the questionnaires in advance, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. We also recommend that you bring a small snack and beverage to the appointment.
