Pistachio mousse recipe

Looking for a sweet treat? This pistachio mousse packs 10 grams of protein into just 120 calories per serving.

Sharp Rees-Stealy's Center for Health Management partners with Health Management Resources® (HMR) to provide the Healthy Solutions program, which includes nutritious, low-calorie shakes, entrées and bars.

Combine HMR shake mix with sugar-free pistachio pudding powder for a quick and tasty snack.

HMR® Pistachio Mousse
The creamy green color and smooth consistency make this an anytime treat.
Yields one serving.

8 ice cubes
4 ounces water
1 packet HMR vanilla shake mix
4 teaspoons sugar-free pistachio instant pudding powder

Place ice cubes in food processor. Blend until ice is crushed. Turn off machine and scrape down ice. Turn machine back on and add water, HMR vanilla shake mix and pudding powder. Mix for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve right away or chill and enjoy later.
