HMR® pineapple passion shake (recipe)

Cool down with this sweet, but guilt-free, summer treat.

Sharp Rees-Stealy’s Center for Health Management partners with Health Management Resources® (HMR) to provide the Healthy Solutions program, which includes nutritious, low-calorie shakes, entrees and bars.

HMR® Pineapple Passion Shake
Yields 1 serving

Ingredients
4 ounces cold water
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla Shake
1 cup pineapple chunks (in juice), drained
Ice cubes

Directions
Pour cold water into a blender and begin mixing on lowest speed. While blender is on, add vanilla shake mix. Blend for 10 seconds. Add pineapple, ice cubes and replace the blender cover. Blend on highest speed for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
