HMR® very Italian ravioli (recipe)

For tonight's dinner, try this classic comfort meal without the guilt. Using an HMR Cheese and Basil Ravioli entree, you can make this veggie-inclusive meal for one, or multiply for the whole family.

HMR® Very Italian Ravioli
This vegetarian delight boasts 10 grams of protein per serving.
Yields 1 serving

1 HMR Cheese and Basil Ravioli entree
1 1/2 cups sliced zucchini
1 1/2 cups sliced summer squash
Italian seasoning to taste

Saute the zucchini and squash in a pan with nonstick cooking spray until tender. Microwave entree for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Combine vegetables with entree. Add Italian seasoning to taste.
