Lauren DeWolf, MS, RD, is a wellness education specialist with Sharp Rees-Stealy's Center for Health Management.
Lauren is a native San Diegan with a love for wellness in all forms. She enjoys experimenting with home fermentation for gut health, exploring Mother Nature through backpacking and becoming more mindful with yoga and intuitive eating.
She feels nutrition is a tool that can be used by any individual regardless of age, income or background and she strives to empower individuals with their health.
